Parential Discipleship….or my view on parenting
Tomorrow marks my 3 year anniversary in high school ministry. I have been the proud leader to an amazing group of students, adult leaders and parents. I love my job and I love seeing teenagers and young people become fully devoted followers of Jesus. But I have also seen some of the less glamorous sides [...]

If I have not love…
There is something you all should know about me. I read my Bible cover to cover. I do take time to stop and rest in a book (Luke it seems now) but I am almost always reading the Story of God, front to back…Oddly enough my Dad does this to, although I didn’t learn it [...]

Why Emergents hate Evangelicals, why Evangelicals hate Emergents, and why they’re both wrong….’cause you know I have all the answers
There has been a lot of confusion between emergent and Evangelical in the past few months, well the past few years. But I have really seen it in the past few months. A lot of misunderstanding and almost hatred, so I am going to state why that is wrong and what side I take… [...]

Las Vegas Mission Trip… a few thoughts
I just got back from my first “mission” trip inside the states. It was great, very stretching for me. In a lot of ways its very easy to build someone a house, or a church, it is very hard to talk to people about Jesus.
