The Pew Research Center recently conducted a survey, asking Americans questions about different religions, the 32 question test was taken by people from all faiths (and non-faiths) about different religions. The test was mainly focused on Jedeo-Christian views. Here are the results: One one hand I am shocked at the results, how atheists scored highest, [...]

How have we done this to the Bible….
So I read the Bible from front to back. I often take breaks or supplement it with studying books here and there, but typically I like to read it as a story, because it is a story from front to back. Its the story of salvation of man. Anyways I am in the middle of [...]

Book Review. Myth of a Christian Nation…
I am currently reading a Book by Greg Boyd called Myth of a Christian Nation. This book is very interesting. It asks the question are politics and religion walking to hand and hand? Was Christianity ever meant to be in politics? What does the “religious right” term even mean?

The Great Omission.. Part Deux
So I am about half way through Dallas Willard’s book, The Great Omission. Jesus wants to save Christians…(Book Report)
So I just go done reading the book Jesus Wants to Save Christians, A Manifesto for the Church in Exile, by Rob Bell and Dan Golden, the book raises some interesting questions about a Church in exile, about the American Empire and the Church inside. About a Church that builds a 20 million dollar building [...]

The Irresistible Revolution.. A book Report
So I can’t believe that I haven’t given my opinion about The Irresistible Revolution by Shane Claiborne. First off let me say that this was by far the most interesting book I have read in about 4 years. His writing style was easy to read, yet still very deep and theological.

It all goes back in the Box
So I just recently finished a book by John Ortberg called “When the game is over it all goes back in the box. This book was pretty interesting. First off I would like to say that John is vastly becoming one of my favorite authors. He also wrote “If you want to walk on water [...]
